September 2012 I start teaching Hatha Yoga at Coffee Garden Gallery in Sacramento!!!

Starting this September of 2012 I start teaching Hatha Yoga at the Coffee Garden Gallery in Sacramento. Right now I teach Sunday mornings at 10-11am and Wednesday evenings at 6:30-7:30pm. I'm really excited to be teaching yoga at this wonderful space!
