1 Cup - Coconut Oil
5 Tbsp - Raw Cacao Powder or Cocoa Powder
1/3 Cup - Coconut Palm Sugar
1 Tsp - Vanilla or Orange or Peppermint Extract/Oil
Optional: 1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
Instructions: Mix & Fridge. Good for up to 5-7 days.

Starting this September of 2012 I start teaching Hatha Yoga at the Coffee Garden Gallery in Sacramento. Right now I teach Sunday mornings at 10-11am and Wednesday evenings at 6:30-7:30pm. I'm really excited to be teaching yoga at this wonderful space!
Hatha Yoga with Jan at the Coffee Garden Gallery
LOCATION: 2904 Franklin Blvd. (@ 4th Ave), Sacramento, CA 95818
Yoga Class Days/Times:
Sunday Mornings at 10-11am
Wednesday Evenings at 6:30-7:30pm
Yoga Class Fees are $8 drop in - $30 for 4 Lessons
Enjoy a 1 hour equilibrium inducing Hatha Yoga Class which focuses on truly holding and focusing on each pose one at a time. Poses flow from standing to sitting to supine. Class ends with a relaxing Shavasana. Classes are structured to appeal to those who enjoy doing Hatha Yoga at all levels from beginning to advanced; including variations on poses. Please bring your own mat. If desired you can bring your own blanket, props, and water bottle to quench your thirst.
Bio: Jan is a Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher; certified through Sivananda Yoga in India. She has been teaching public and private Hatha Yoga for 10+ years. She has taught in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Sacramento. She has also taught at demos, workshops, events and retreats. Namaste.
